How are your falls mounted?
They are sewn on lace. Sometimes rubber bands are used as well to hold the dreads onto the lace. Loose falls can be either lace mounted or elastics mounted. Lace mounted loose falls are pinch braided.
I broke my falls!!
If something has happened to your falls that has caused the lace to break or minor damage has occured email us and we can fix it for you at no cost. You may have to pay for return shipping. Normal use shouldnt damage your falls at all, but things happen. :)
For dread falls, can a higher (or lower) dread count be ordered?
Absolutely!

How do I take care of my new roving dreads?
You will recieve a roving care sheet with your order. If you have lost this sheet or just want it emailed we can send you a copy via email.
Roving is pretty low maintenance. You may want to mix some witch hazel and tea tree oil in a spray bottle for your scalp (for itchies). You can wash your hair if you need to while wearing roving extensions. The best way to do this is to tie your dreads up in a high ponytail and cover the bulk of your roving with a shower cap (or garbage bag). Then you can wash your scalp and bangs. You wont need to wash the bulk of the dreads, unless they get extra smelly from going to the club hehe. But you may find it easier to take out the roving, wash it in the sink, and reinstall it after it dries, rather then washing it while on your head and walking around with very very heavy dreads till they dry.
Can I reuse my roving?
Absolutely! Give em a good wash, hang them up to dry and they will be ready for another use!
How many roving dreads do I need?
For a full head of hair, you will need between 50 and 60.
